All we need is a venue. Christ said it best, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick." If I can give a seminar in a venue that may reach people who do not share our support of the Second Amendment, then I view that as an opportunity. Sure, I'd rather be able to keep my 1911 on my side, but I view this as the cost of Second Amendment evangelism. Plus, this won't happen very often, if at all. If you feel that strongly, then attend another seminar in a different venue. I strongly second this objection. I'm not interested in attending a seminar if it's held in a place where I have to disarm to be legal.
That would depend on how large an audience we can/will draw. I've done seminars as small as 30 people and as large as about 150. When we get a venue, I'll set up an online registration for it so we can set a limit. We use it for several events now, including our monthly IDPA matches. There won't be a fee for the seminar, but registration will be required so we don't exceed building capacity.dallasak74 wrote:I don't mind going to a "disarming" location to hear this information.

I know of a place but I would need to know how many might come.. to ask about the building.. it would be in Irving Texas area..

You bet. San Antonio is certainly on the list for seminars. The plan is to do them in several cities around the state and I'm hoping to give a list of prospective venues soon so we can judge interest.pbwalker wrote:Charles,
