No one here has made the assertion that clean cut = good guy, despite what some are implying with cute pictures of Ted Bundy, et al. No one made that assertion at all. What was said is that someone's body language and mannerisms say more than their superficial outward appearance.

Heck, most of those people I don't even recognize and know nothing about but just from their pictures I can tell that they are no good. I can see it in the eyes.

The problem can be in knowing how "no good" they are. A salesman who's planning to scam you may have the same look as a mugger using a salesman cover to get close. Unfortunately, shooting the salesman is frowned upon.

Same with a mugger before he threatens you, but it's completely legal to say "NO!" to both scavengers.

There's a big difference in the look in someone's eyes between "What does this guy want" and "is this guy going to cut out my liver and eat it."

Look at Scott Peterson's eyes or Ted Bundy's. Notice the soulless look, the total lack of empathy. There's something inhuman there.
