You're not going to get arrested if the wind blows your shirt open and exposes your gun, as long as you cover it back up as soon as you discover the exposure. There is no way for an observer, in 99% of the cases, to know if that shape under your shirt is a gun or a PDA or an insulin pump. Most of us don't worry about printing, and the issue is usually confined to people who are new to carrying and who still feel like everyone can tell they are armed.
How quickly we forget Handog's ordeal in the cuffed and stuffed thread. He was not only arrested, but he was taken down at gun point by eight cops for printing, and just for grins they tag him for having his shirt blow up in the wind while they're arresting him! Don't kid yourself. You can be arrested.
That was one of the reasons why I became so neurotic about finding the perfect concealed carry holster...

And how many times has that happened? One?

If it makes you feel better, I've been carrying for about 8 months now, and I still get nervous about printing when I go IWB at 4:00 with the Taurus 709 Slim, which is a VERY thin gun, much like a Khar. I work at a local hardware store and carry my Ruger LCP every day at work in the front pocket, and nobody has ever asked what that l-shaped thing is in my front pocket when I'm squatting to get merchandise for a customer....not even the Ex-LEO I work with. The pocket carry gets me spoiled, though, and in cases like today, when the wife and I went to Penny's at the Woodlands mall to get our little one's pictures done, I was kinda nervous and kept constantly pulling at my polo shirt tail to make sure it was down and not hung up printing. Luckily, I had no exposure and no need to unholster my weapon. That's my 2 cents.

If it's the same one I'm thinking of, the details were sparse, especially early on. Did we ever find out how they knew he was carrying?
