Finger Print card question

#1

Post by Bonc_CHL »

On the blue fingerprint card under EMPLOYER And ADDRESS,
I am correct thinking that this is your employer and not the fingerprinter correct.

I am helping my BIL fill out his paper work and he says that the instructors to him that is is the Employer of the Fingerprinter.

I looked at the copies of my paperwork and I have my employer address..

It is supposed to be the employer of the fingerprinter. They do not need your employer on the fingerprint card.

I probably wouldn't be overly concerned with it. I just got off the phone with them and the lady said to just leave it blank. Not sure if that's because I used FAST and mine is a renewal but,she made it seem like that line was relatively unimportant. On a really good note, she also said that they are as caught up on new applications as they've been in a long time. Very nice and professional lady that answered the 3 or 4 questions I had very politely.

Go to this website. It fully explains each line on the fingerprint cards.
