I had a group of older kids...maybe 15 or 16 come by. One of them asked for a second sucker. I told him no. He and his buds threw my neighbors pumpkin on the sidewalk in front of my house. I thought about shooting him but figured there was no point in me wasting my bullets.

The pumpkin was property of your neighbor. He should have shot them. :evil2:

I know you guys are kidding, and while it IS legal to shoot for criminal mischief at night, it wold be a REALLY dumb move. The legal costs would break you. As Purplehood said, think about Joe Horn and the ruckus there. Not something I would want to go through at all. He is a broke and broken man now. Toilet papering, pumpkin smashing, etc. are an unfortunate part of Halloween tradition that some young miscreants think is fun. Hopefully they will grow out of it and live productive lives.

Shooting's no good, but hitting the little miscreants with an icy cold stream from the water hose is... :evil2:
Or maybe the paintball gun....

Yeah, but I'll bet nobody is toilet papering, pumpkin smashing, or lighting a bag of dog feces on fire on Joe Horn's porch and then ringing the door bell!
