Finally got pulled over

#1

Post by Blazen »

Well after having my chl for a little over 4 yrs, I finally got pulled over. Not that I was trying to get pulled over in the first place. Was having a bad day, not paying attention and wam! So I handed over all of the papers and id's and he ask if I had the weapon on me and I said no sir. He comes back and asks me the last time I took defenesive driving, I told him and he was like do you realize that you can take it for only one offence, not for the 3 you just commited. He handed me everything back and told me to drive safe and have a nice day. I thanked him and went on my way.

I am pretty sure by having the chl got me off of the offences. Not sure or just being very nice and having a very clearn record.

Figured I would share, as others have in the past.

Seth

Gotta be something about my looks I guess. I never got a warning before CHL. Been stopped only once since I got it & that one is costing me a $106.00 court cost + defensive driving (dollars & all day) + the paper work to get a driving history. I only committed one offense. Man I need to take lessons from someone.

Hey longtooth, you need to try and not get stopped in these small towns that need your money

Or become a LEO and have a Badge to get out of them.

Sir, do you know why you were stopped?

Probably because I had my head in the clouds (keeping within the 10year old rule) and foot too close to the floor.
