Nice use of dialogue, distraction and shielding his draw. See how the BG hard focused on the item and allowed his eyes to be directed by the GG.

Denny Crane (Shatner) is great when shooting bad guys. He always gives me a good laugh.

One of my favorites was when a bad guy had a gun to someone's head in the office. Denny had been in his office not knowing what was going on. He found out, pulled out a take apart rifle, sat in a chair, and had someone open the door to where the bad guy was. As soon as she did, Denny shoots the bad guy. The police are then questioning him about it, and asked about whether he waited till the bad guy pointed the gun at him or not. Denny simply responds: Why would I do that? Perfect answer. Don't give the bad guy a chance.

I loved it. However, it was a DAO pistol. It was not cocked. Shoot before the perp cocked it!!! Captain Kirk should have aimed for COM!!! That would be the way to stop the threat!!!

OK, a good laugh for you TV guys. New folks, I dont watch TV.
When I read the title I thought it was a news article. Watched the video, took a WHILE to figure out it was part of a show. Asked the wife & she said, Boston Legal WAS the show. OH well. THat was probably all that was worth watching in the whole series. :patriot: :tiphat:

Boston Legal actually has a very strong anti-gun message. Shatner's character is the only pro-gun person on the show, and he is always portrayed as a bumbling idiot who also happens to be mentally ill. These short clips don't really give you the full effect.

Did he just take that guy out with an AR-7 survival rifle? I don't think a .22 would have knocked the guy down :smilelol5: , but that's TV for you.
