Hit and Run (Not a person, a car)

#1

Post by Ridndrty »

When I was 19 (38 now), I was involved in a hit and run and was arrested and spent a few hours in jail. I never went to court, it got settled out of court. I was fingerprinted. Do I have to put this on my CHL app? I am taking it Aug 17. This was in Louisiana where I am from and I got all the paperwork from my dad when I was home a few weeks ago. I figured I could turn a copy of the paperwork in with my app if needed. Any advice appreciated :cheers2:

And you settled out of court with??? Probation or jail time, it's the conviction that matters.

Had to pay a fine, no jail time or probation.

Put it on, it can't hurt you. It can hurt you to withhold information however.
