been checking the status EVERY DAY for nearly 4 months...
the problem was a few bad fingerprints, and a mix-up with the electronic application....
but this morning, just out of curiosity,
Application Completed - license issued or certificate active
congrats to the wifey!!! joining the ranks of the non-defenseless!
