How to change address and general questions

Howdy I just was offered a job with the Walworth Co Sheriffs Dept (SD) and was wondering if I can change the address on my TX CHL while I am establishing residency in SD (60 or 90 days) although SD is an open carry state I would like to keep the option of CC. Is it even possible and what is the procedure to do so?

If you will be changing DL’s (Texas to South Dakota), you cannot do this online. You must mail in an LTC-70 form, a check & a copy of the front/back of your new SD DL.
