Glad to be on board. Long time watcher. Just jumped in.
Looking at getting LTC now and wandering what info I need for application.
Back when I was 17, a little over 20 years ago, I was arrested for DWI/DUI by DPS State in McCulloch Co. Pretty sure charges were dropped. I never even saw a court room.
I know would need to list the arrest on application, but what documentation would I need and from who? Would I need something from DPS or the county arrested in?
Thanks for your time.

Re: My LTC Question
The old DWI probably wouldn't hurt, but, IMO, you should get all paperwork on it to make sure it was actually dropped.

Re: My LTC Question
Contact the court clerk and ask for final disposition papers. Being 20 years ago, there may not be any that they can locate so if not, ask for a letter from them stating no convictions found.
