Change of Address

#1

Post by withloveandagun »

I remember the change of address being a big thing, otherwise they could revoke my ltc.

I'm moving soon, but I still own my home and prefer to keep most of my things still going to my home address. Is this okay to do, or do I have to change the address on my license?

Home is generally where you intend to return. If you are keeping your old home as a second home then the other one is, by definition, the home you intend to return to and the other is the second address.

I believe you must keep your primary address up to date, which in your case, is the new home. The rule doesn't take into account your personal preferences.

I think I have to change it. I was thinking if I get pulled over and I have to show my TDL and my CHL they will question why the addresses are different.
