Submitted renewal Aug 18, and got it back today. Just under a month.

Perhaps an Oops! I think you meant to say you submitted your renewal Aug 18th (not Sep 18th).

I submitted mine Aug 1 and checked today. Still processing but I expect it won't be too much longer.

I submitted my renewal July 23. It arrived to me early September.

July 2015 submitted - 23 days start to finish with new card in hand - mine is still CHL until next renewal.

Submitted 8/25/16 but added my DD214 which I did not use on application before so I don't know if this slowed it.
9/17/16 site said mailed. Just waiting for mailman now.
