Yes, I called the number and got a hold of an agent from nics. She said she was not sure who called because they don't have records of who calls out and that I was going to have to wait for whoever called, to call back. She ask me also what was the number, And I told her 8773246427. She was like yup, that's our number but I don't have a clue on who called. So I'm still waiting for the call back.

Its pretty easy to spoof caller id so they could put almost anything in they wanted.
