2 ways. First by looking at zip codes. Texas zip codes start with 75001(Addison) & ends at 88595(El Paso). How can you tell they are out of state
A more convenient way is to look at the demographic report by county. At the end of the report it lists out of state new license issues: 2,100. That kind of surprised me.
