IF it rains we will meet in the IDPA club house for gun cleaning and gun topic of choice. If it rains bring your gun and any cleaning supplies you have. PSC Ladies Class report - Jaunary 5, 2008
We had 15 ladies show up for the class it was a great mix of regular attenders and new shooters. We even had two of our forum ladies show up.
We did our usual safety orientation and shootinig basics. We then went down range to put some bullets through some IDPA targets. We did some drawing drills, a 5X5 drill (muliple targets ending with 5 head shots and 5 body shots hits), lateral movement, and ended with a moving target drill.
I sincerely hope that the ladies had as much fun as I did. I have been blessed with some really good classes but this one was the best.
Our next class will be February 2nd. The plan is to work on shooting from behind barricades.

Re: Ladies Only Pistol Class at PSC
I just had to post a class report for the Women's Only Class at PSC today.
We had 40 women shooters!!!!!!! Twenty were new to our class. We had four women instructors and we had three other women assist us with safely running the class.
And what a blessing these three women all want to become instructors and will be working towards this. One of them is one of our own forum members.

Re: Ladies Only Pistol Class at PSC
My wife has decided she needs a second pistol and is looking at a Wather PPS but would like to try one first. She is also trying to decide between a 9mm and .40 S&W but she has never shot a .40
She will be attending the class tomorrow and was wondering if anybody had a PPS or any .40 that she could try out. I am sending extra ammo with her.
Thank you,
Glen

Re: Ladies Only Pistol Class at PSC
Thanks for teaching this class CompVest. My wife had a great time. It is kind of strange having her give me pointers on my grip.
