Thanks. I knew that they had a class, but don't have any knowledge of the quality of the class.

Do Thunder Gun Range or Gun Emporium offer CHL classes?

I also know about Carter's Country, does anyone know how thier class is?

I know for a fact that Thunder Gun Range has a "complete service" CHL course. Usually given on Saturdays.

My wife and I took our class at Carter's Country in November. Excellent!

Began about 8:15-8:30am on Saturday, and we were done by 6:00pm.

Instructor let me wife use his Glock 19 to qualify. (She couldn't work the slide on the High-Power I borrowed for her).

Total, out the door price, was $119 (if I remember). $99 for renewals.

Is where I took my course a few years ago. They charged $99 at the time for a full service course - class, pictures, prints, etc... You walk out the door with everything completed and ready to mail out. I used one of their pistols for the qualification.

This indoor range is on 1960 on your right about a mile past Hwy 59 if you are coming from Spring.
