Shift the time line back about 10 years and your record looks much like mine and my UCW charge did result in a conviction. You will need to go the the county court houses or in some cases, the city police departments and round up supporting documents that show your final disposition in each case. Your juvenile records are sealed and you probably won't be able to get anything at all. Just mention them on your application and provide as much information as possible.

With all that said, you mentioned that you have been clean for a few years. If you haven't already done so, change your playpens and your playmates. That is the only way you will continue your success. It is a painful process in the beginning but it makes the ride so much easier.
