Good day all. I've been reading your postings for a while now and decided to join in. I have had my CHL for about 4 years now, but reluctant to carry anymore than I just have to. After reading what ya'll have to say about the subject I am starting to feel a little more confident. I'm 48, a nurse and live in Paris Texas with my wife and 4 year old daughter. Thanks to you all for allowing me a place to gain more knoweldge about the "Hows and Ways" to conceal.

welcome to the boards - we're glad you decided to sign up!
You'll find tons of information on here, and learn lots (goodness knows that I have) from these fine folks.

The last train out of any station will not be filled with nice people.

Welcome stormchaser
I have Paris ties. Dad was born in Deport. Lived in Paris until he died in 1993. You can read my signature. Paris can get really rough. Glad to see you getting comfortable w/ carry. If I can personally help w/ gear, clothing suggestions, anything else, I will sure do it.

hey Stormchaser. Glad to have you here. I've still got that "new car smell" on me too. :) Good group of folks here.

as for being reluctant to carry I believe someone here uses the signature, "Carry 24/7 or guess right".
