renewal questions

#1

Post by Seburiel »

Hello, all
I am curious, when I reapply to renew on my first time, will I have to relist an arrest that happened in 1995 (that I declared on my first application) including going and getting another certified copy of the disposition?

You will only need to re-list it, they will not need another copy as you have already sent one previously.

Ah, excellent, that's exactly what I needed... so terribly difficult to get anything out of the county clerk's office, once they 'archive' it... then they want money to go look for it? theiving! highwaymanry! brigandage!
