Does anyone know if a breaching choke, for example on a Mossberg 930, is legal for 3-gun Limited Division? I know compensators and muzzle brakes are not legal, and this choke does appear to have some "vent" cuts in it.
Breaching Choke 3-Gun Legal?

Limited is a USPSA class. Go to their website and read shotguns rules.
For our West Houston Shooters Club Multigun Match I would interpret it as a brake or compensator and put you in open.
Does it screw in like a normal choke? If yes just pick up an IM choke to use for matches.

Re: Breaching Choke 3-Gun Legal?
Thanks Bob,
I assumed it would fall in with a brake too, but thought I would get someone's opinion. It is a shotgun I was looking at possibly picking up. Trying to find a good entry level gun to start competing in 3-gun.
