Introduction to 3 Gun Class

#1

Post by Bob Wolff »

Thinking seriously about putting on an INTRODUCTION TO 3 GUN class.

Would probably follow this outline:
• Overview of 3-gun competition
• Safety and conduct
• Rules and equipment divisions
• What to expect at your first match
• Making the most of your existing equipment
• How to be an RO when it's your turn
• Tips for approaching a 3-gun stage
• Strategies for improving your score
• Practical exercise

Interested, comments?

Moving ahead on this.
Will post time and dates
Location will probably be the ImpactZone (wets of Houston)
Cost will probably be range fee only

I'd love to have a class. I was actually suppose to shoot the match this wknd but my wife's boss can't go now and I don't have a shot gun to shoot with. I only have a converted Saiga and a Beretta OU

I did last months match and had a blast. I was kinda glad the long range section was flooded. I was not looking forward at shooting a slug 100yrds

I'd like to attend a class like this, but my schedule makes it basically impossible to make it all the way out to Impact Zone.

What's the status on this? I'd be interested if it makes up.
