IDPA options in the Houston area

#1

Post by Soccerdad1995 »

I want to get back into IDPA. I used to shoot at West Houston IDPA, but I just went on their website and couldn't find any upcoming matches. Does anyone know if they are still running, and if not, what other decent options are available in the Houston area (preferably west Houston / Katy)?

Phil Oxley died, so its hard to say when/if the range will re-open.

PSC is in the south

Well that explains it. Sorry to hear about his passing. I only met him once, very briefly, but he seemed like a really good guy.

I'll research some more on PSC.

WHIDPA is actually West Houston Shooters Club now and they now hold matches at Peacemaker range which is only a mile or so from the old Impact Zone. They list their matches on Practiscore. I think only Wednesday matches at this time.
