Prayers for a friend.

Hey guys, we lost one of my best friends Yesterday morning. If you all could lift his family up in your prayers, I would really appreciate it.
We graduated together and he was a fantastic person and friend. He was my second best-man after my brother and was an practically an uncle to my oldest kiddo. He was an RN in Dallas and was honestly one of the nicest and most kind-spirited people I knew and I'm really having trouble dealing with it.
He was entirely too young to be taken yet. We don't have a lot of info but it isn't good. Prayers especially for his mom.
Thanks all.

Very sorry for the loss of your friend. Praying for you and his family, and that you all find comfort in God during what seems a senseless loss.

A Dallas County jury took only a few days to convict Jorge Esparza, a Mesquite man, of murder and sentence him to life in prison for the 2020 killing of University of Texas at Arlington nursing student Ricardo Madriz.
Witnesses testified that Esparza, described by several women as jealous and controlling, stalked his former partners after their relationships ended. According to prosecutors, Esparza fatally shot Madriz just minutes after Madriz dropped off his date in South Dallas in August 2020.
Following the conviction, prosecutors presented additional testimony from women who alleged that Esparza harassed and stalked them, adding weight to the sentencing decision. Esparza’s life sentence requires him to serve a minimum of 30 years, making him ineligible for parole until 2054.
