My house has sold, and we sign our part of the paperwork tomorrow. The buyers sign on Friday.
I'm a bit nervous.
Please pray that our closing and the funding will both go through without issues, and that we will be dealt with honestly. (We've had a bad experience before.)
Thanks,
V

Prayers that this will go flawlessly, and to the benefit of both parties.
It's frankly a blessing to sell a house right now, given the economy. It doesn't look like it will be a seller's market again for many months to come.
If the deal is a good one, I sincerely hope the closing goes smoothly.
