Prayers Requested for Wife's Grand Nephew

Please pray for my wife's nephew's 8 year old son, Seth. His hand was almost completely torn off while helping his dad dock their boat. The hand was reattached in a lengthy surgical procedure, but the surgeon informed his dad that he didn't have much to work with afterward. He later had to Undergo an additional 12 hr procedure by a micro-vessel surgeon due to indications of poor/no circulation. Everyone we know is praying for a good outcome for this young fellow.

Will be praying that the surgeries went well and full functionality is returned to his hand, quickly with a minimum amount of discomfort. Never pleasant read about such incidents, but particularly upsetting when it happens to such a youngster.

Thank you and thanks to all. He is a real trooper and only time will tell how successful the surgery was. He was comforting his Mom during the life flight from Port O'Conner to Houston, rubbing her hand with his good hand, telling her everything will be OK. He had the rope wrapped around his hand and his dad had to accelerate suddenly. Bad, bad situation.

He took it pretty hard, but is doing better. Seth got to come home yesterday

Please continue to pray for Seth. He went for a doctor visit today and was hospitalized for additional surgery. No details at present, but his dad sent out the request about 30 minutes ago so I don't know if he's in now or scheduled for tomorrow.
