possible pregnancy problems
Probably nothing, but doc didn't want to wait til Thursday to see me at my regularly scheduled appointment. On bed rest til tomorrow at least, but possibly longer if he doesn't like what he finds. Trying to stay optimistic, but being a girl, psycho-analyzing every potential outcome is 2nd nature. Trying to shut it all out and not worry.
Re: possible pregnancy problems
We will be praying for you. I was told years ago from a little old lady, "If you pray then don't worry and if you don't pray then worry."
God will take care of you and the baby.

It always seems that your mind makes it much worse. Just sit back and take it easy. My wife has been banned to the couch for the past 5 weeks, and still 4 more to go.

Prayers for you, your baby and your family. Father God we come to you for this family. Please allow the unborn child and mother to be healthy. Ease the burdons on mothers mind and give the family patience and understanding as they go through this together. Take the worries from their minds and give them comfort in knowing that you are in charge. We come to you in Jesus name, amen

Re: possible pregnancy problems
Thanks y'all. Elizabeth Faith was born this morning at 20 weeks; however, she likely died 2-3 weeks ago. She is utterly tiny, she is dwarfed by the palm of my hand. But she is unmistakeably human. Wish I could share her humanness with all those who think a 20 week fetus is just tissue. Ears, eyes, mouth, nose, 10 teensy fingers and 10 teeny toes. She is made in the image of her Creator and now she is with Him in Glory.

You and Elizabeth Faith are still in my prayers. It is comforting to me that you realize your little girl is now with God. I am proud of you and I pray for strength and peace for you in the coming days. Take care, Nick

Re: possible pregnancy problems
Me too.
When I was a kid my Mom talked about havin a baby like no big deal. Felt good all the time carrying.
I did not know any better & thought it was no big deal.
Wife had trouble w/ both of ours. Sick, dehydration, long labor.
I learned better.
Will pray for you, baby, & Dad.

So sorry...my prayers go out to you.
Tears are running down my face as I type this.
"All it takes for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing"
Don't pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to fight, he'll just kill you.
