Prayer Request For a Friend

I have a friend named April who was recently diagnosed with Stage 1 endometrial cancer.
I have known her for 50+ years. She was my sister's best friend since grade school.
She is scheduled for surgery on August 1st and has requested prayers.
Please pray that the cancer has not spread and that she will have a complete cure without any additional treatment.

Lord be with April and her family during this time of uncertainty and need . Provide relief and healing . Please give her a full recovery Lord . Strengthen and guide her family to provide the care and support she will need . Thank you for all you do in our lives . Amen

Just got word that April has been in recovery for three hours.
She is awake, alert and texting! She is in some discomfort, but
no severe pain. She is looking forward to resting and getting out
of there and going home.
