Renewal, and Photo Change

Exactly 14 days from the date I entered and paid my online renewal, to the date my plastic came.
Funny thing; they used my current drivers license pic for the renewal vs. my old CHL pic. No clue why.

Was it newer?
I'm awaiting my fate, I just put in my renewal this week and hope the picture(s) and fingerprints on file fly. I think the prints should be good, I did the electronic fingerprinting some years back, but dunno if they will believe I am as handsome and suave looking now as I was either or ten years ago...or more.

The system uses your DL photo now. Took them long enough to figure that out lol

Ah, ok, thanks! Makes sense.
I like my haircut better in that photo anyway!!!!
