October 8th - LTC Class
October 13th - Submitted all documents.
October 17th - Fingerprints
November 3rd - Background completed - Print pending
Today - No change.

I have been in that status for couple of months. In my case, I'm green card holder, so there are extra steps to verify that document, but the system shows every other things are passed.
