I did my finger prints 2/12/2016
I completed class and I submitted all my paper online 2/24/2016
When I check my status this is all I see.
Choose Service

LICENSE APPLICATION STATUS: If you have a pending License to Carry a Handgun application, please allow sufficient time for processing. If you have not already done so, please submit all of the items listed on the checklist you received. DPS will notify you by mail if further information or additional documents are required.
Start Application

Select the application you would like to complete at this time.

Apply for Instructor Certification (to teach LTC courses)

Is this what I should be seeing?
I have researched it and found a website that says shows a different LICENSE APPLICATION STATUS.

The "status change" that people are reporting is the options to change their address. This appears usually very shortly before the actual card arrives in the mail. I hope this helps you.

It does thank you. I just wanted to be sure what I should be seeing when I checked my status was normal to see.

Most people are seeing around 90 days right now. They're working on catching up on the backlog of applications as fast as they can. Just be patient and make sure to practice at home. A buddy of mine used his waiting time to find a few comfortable holsters.

I agree with flightmare. I'm at 12 weeks right now. I'm waiting patiently and I have neither contacted state rep, governor, nor DPS/RSD. If there's a problem with my application (for whatever reason that would be), then I'm sure they'll let me know.

I have seen people post that they've gotten their plastic within weeks, which isn't the norm, but it happens. Some have gotten theirs within a couple of months. But, it seems like most are taking 3 or so months.
