I submitted my items electronically on 03/8/2016. Email Confirmation same day. I received the " status change" today 4/7 which offers address change, lost license etc.. I was prepared to wait well into June. Has anyone elses gone this quickly? I'm thinking it may be a fluke.. lol

Congrats... Consider yourself lucky. That is lickity split service there. So fast that I'd almost be tempted to call to verify that its not a mistake.

I thought the same thing.. I'm going to wait and see if it changes back tomorrow .. if not Ill wait a few weeks.. if no plastic.. then ill call .. if it is correct .. don't want to alert them that they provided such great service! they might put me at the back of the line then .. lol

Back before this recent mad rush starting in Q4 of 2015, it used to be that fast for most folks with a clean record. I know 2 people who got their's in like 3 weeks but it was back in 2014.

They must have hired enough help to speed things along again but it doesn't seem to be helping so much for the Dec and Jan applicants who still have not received plastic.

hmmm.. well hopefully that is the case and everyone's will be processed soon..

I was all in 3/3/16. Called on 4/7 to verify that they received all my info. I was told it mailed on 4/6.. will see In about a week if I get plastic.

I was all in on 3/2. Nothing for me. Knowing the Govt, I bet they work on them as they come in and work backwards.

I wouldn't be surprised. When I was processing into the military, I remember being on of the first ones done with part of the process. I went and gave my folder to the next person in the process. I watched as people after me, got there folders stacked on top (instead of underneath) and we're processed before I was. I ended up being one of the last ones finished, when I should've been one of the first.

This gives my wife hope. She finally decided to take hers and submitted electronically the evening of 3/23 after her range test. Fingerprints were done the previous week before here class on 3/20. Luckily she is much more patience on these things than I do.

Ill keep you guys posted.. Ill post IF and WHEN it comes in the mail.. I still think thats too good to be true ..

It seems to me (i may be wrong) the ladies are getting there plastic much quicker then us guys. That definitely was lickity split.

Yep.. It arrived in my mailbox on the 9th.. 32 day turnaround.. LOL.
