Never got a confirmation of documents but the website was changed today 3/2/16 though i havnt checked since friday so im not sure when in changed but no plastic yet

That's excellent news.... Should be getting your plastic in the next couple days. My timeline is only a few days behind yours, so here's hoping

Congrats on at least the status change - hopefully your plastic arrives soon. Interesting to me in that I received confirmation of the submission 1/5. You're the first post I've seen whose submission was after mine, but apparently has been processed, and I have seen no activity on mine.

Just think if your confirmation had been 12/28 like mine.... Interesting isn't the word...

I have same confirmation date, I am wondering why several applicants that submitted a couple weeks past me have been approved and when I call, I get the "We are still working on December" stock answer. I think that RSD needs to reevaluate the way they do things. My finger prints were submitted well before I submitted my CHL 100. Why wasn't BG completed upon receipt of fingerprints. I had already paid my nonrefundable application fee.....

Yet another person who submitted (15 days) after me with plastic in hand. I have a spotless record. Held a Top Secret clearance 1988 thru 2002. Passed two criminal background checks: 2002 for admission to the Michigan Bar and again in 2011 for admission to the Texas Bar. I currently hold a CJIS clearance thru my employment. Never received a confirmation email. Called 2/19 and told not everyone necessarily receives a confirmation email - no other info. Called 2/26 and told yeah we have your stuff but nothing else. Called today and told, it hasn't been looked at and they'll get to it when they do (60 to 90 business days). Congrats to those getting theirs sooner than me, but I am seriously P.O.'d.

Now with that out of the way, I'm on day 55.
That's with the RSD STATING it begins with my submission of CHL100 confirmation on 1/11, not App date 1/6 or Fingerprints 1/13.

Day 69 and told yesterday they haven't even touched it.

RSD sucks!!

I was confirmed 1/4. The only thing they had to wait on were my finger prints which were done 1/13.

I'm so sick of waiting.

Today is 76 days for me. No confirmation. Nothing in the mail. Getting PO'd also.

Day 70 for me from confirmation Email. Day 76 from submission...But hey lets get some more January apps approved what do you say RSD?
