Letter wanting more information

My father applied for his LTC mid December and just got a letter in the mail asking for more information on an arrest 30 years ago, how would he go about getting the information that they need

go back to the county clerk where the arrest happened and request a certified copy of the arrest and trial disposition

He may be able to call the courthouse and ask to speak to the clerk to request the documents they need.

I had an arrest from 12 years ago from another county 2 hours away from home. I called them and within about 10 minutes they emailed me the documents I needed for less than $5.

I'm surprised that they let you use it for a LTC as the requirement is for a CERTIFIED copy and ifn it doesn't have a raised seal its not certified as far as I know

Well that may not work then. I requested my docs and sent them in with my initial application. I did not receive a request for more info from DPS.

I did too, but mine had the certified part, raised seal and all and a stamp of the notary status of the county clerk
