I called DPS this morning and a gentleman named Vincent told me that my license was printed and is being mailed today!
I received my confirmation of all documents received on 9/13 and it is being mailed today on 10/15. Not too shabby.

Made that call on Tuesday plastic was in my mailbox today. Hopefully it's quick to get to you. Oh and congratulations
