I'm new to this forum and just wanted to say hello to everybody.

I'm waiting on my renewal license. Been waiting for over two months. I finally called and they said there was an issue with my
fingerprints but that it was resolved. Then today I called and they said that everything was finished but it would take 3
weeks for the printed license to go through some distribution center or something like that.

Those folks in Austin irritate me sometimes

Welcome to the Forum. Waiting is painful but while you wait do lots of reading here and educate yourself on what can and cannot be done. Most of the folks here are helpful. However, there are a few grouches and one Old Grumpy.

Well it finally said "mailed" this past Monday. It sure took them long enough. A renewal is
only supposed to last about 45 days I was told.
