Here is my stats:

Nov 2: Fingerprinted and mailed documents certified mail

Nov 5: They received mailed documents

Nov 15: They updated site to indicated Application received and background check under review

Nov 30: Background Check complete and License is Manufacturing Pending.

Dec 3: Manufacturing

Dec 5: Mailed
