Well I guess it was time for me to throw out our journey so far.

Had my CHL several years ago and let it expire. Decided to get it again and the wife decided to join me. Applied on 2/28, took the class on 3/24 and mailed 3/26. Now for the wait.........

I can say that this is the most excited I have been in a LONG time for something...come on DPS keep those wheels a turning!!!

I am TRYING to pass the time by learning as much as possible but its real tough.

Also say that i have enjoyed the great advice and info I've learned on this forum! Keep it coming!!!

It would be nice to convince my wife to join me! I hope your wait is very short.

A quick update for all. My sis-in-law received her plastic about two weeks ago. Still no change in ours. Finally received a letter on 5/7 pictures "too bright" for me, my wife and my brother (we all took our class/pics together). Had pictures re-done and sent off. Now another dang wait...

Our wait is over!!! My wife got her plastic Friday 6/1 and mine came Monday 6/4!
