UPDATE: I don't understand how DPS works, but I checked my status Sat. nite the 25th and B/G under review, so of course I had to check it Sunday morning same thing. I check it about 5:00 pm Sunday and guess what, YAHOO manufacturing pending, B/G complete, so maybe plastic in about 10 days. I've been practicing around the house. Needless to say I can't wait!!!!!!!!!
Sent my package in today and I promise to not even look at the DPS website till next Thurs.
I couldn't stand it after I checked Friday and the USPS website said my package was delivered that morning, so Saturday I checked a couple of times to see if any changes (none) Kept checking a couple of time per day and nothing, Finally on Saturday the 11th (16 days after receipt) DPS website show all green and BG under review except for Fingerprints which I did twice. I am waiting for notification to see what I have to do now to fix the fingerprints
UPDATE: After three e-mails to DPS about my second set of prints, magically this morning it showed prints good, now waiting on B/G check.

Welcome to the forum! In the meantime, it's a great use of the wait time to look at all the good material at this site, which will help you going forward. I also have heard it makes the time pass more quickly, but don't quote me on that.

Tell us the truth...how many times did you check?

Haha best wishes with your wait. I checked at least 5 times the weekend I mailed out my forms.

Mine just went "mailed" status today as well!
Of course, to offset that good feeling is the fact I got laid off - or, as we call it in the telecom installation biz, "surplused"...
