ALmost 3 Weeks with FP and Bg Pending

I got a FP and BG pending on the 23 of august i'm a educator with a clean background what could be taking so long? I want to see mailed already sometimes its point less to check updates sometimes DPS Needs to DO this in thier local offies so it doesnt add up on the employees who are over worked. I think if they do it local office we should have it in 2-3 days tops

Hang in there brother. I just received a FP and BG under review today. I'm seeing listed here as taking anywhere from 4 days to 4 weeks. There is no reason for them to drag this outnlike that... How many addresses have you had? I saw one post that said this could be a cause.

Doesn't the application thinghy still say 60 days? Do you want anyone/everyone to be able to get licensed overnight?

well ive lived here all my life, when you apply for a job and background check is done the results are back in a day or two it shouldnt be to hard to issue a CHL i you have a clean record. now we all all paid 142 plus a fee to L1 cmon its not like were getting a free item even drivers licenses are faster and a some people dont belong behind a steering wheel

My FP and BG is also pending, going on 4 weeks now. I stop counting the days and checking status. My brother got his in hand in 2 weeks and we sent our packet 2 days apart.
