pin request via email

#1

Post by Mrgordy »

Hello again,

I finally introduced myself in the August thread. I emailed a request for a pin this morning at 11am and just received a response from the DPS.

They stated that my application had not been entered into the system yet and was going through the process required before entry, therfore still no pin! :mad5

Does this sound familiar to anyone else? Even though I did not get a pin, the quick response gives me hope! :thumbs2:

it still might be a tad too early .
i think it was something like 5 weeks before i e-mailed for a PIN .
they replied back the next day with it , but it was still a few days later that it finally switched to "processing"

I received my PIN via USPS on Day 51. But hopefully with the new hires and clearing out a lot of us you won't have to wait that long.

Welcome Mgordy; mine took about 3 weeks to receive via USPS, so hopefully yours will be sent out in next few days. Things seem to be speeding up at DPS lately, hopefully your wait won't be too long.
