License completed I think

I just logged in and the screen said this "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" I haven't received anything in the mail yet. Recently they needed more info on a past arrest, and I mailed it in about a week ago. Does this mean my plastic is on the way?

Plastic is on the way! Mine changed on Wednesday and got my plastic today.

Mine changed to complete on Wednesday, too. No plastic yet.
Maybe Monday.
