They must be working overtime!

Me my brother and father took our CHL class on Sept. 13th.
DPS received my dads application on Sept. 19th and he checked his app status today and it said Application Completed-license issued or cert active.
DPS received my app on Sept 30th and my app says that its still processing.
Now for the crazy thing.
DPS reveived my brothers app on Oct. 16th and when he checked his app status today it said Application Completed-license issued or cert active. thats like 30 days.
I sure hope mine is complete soon. I thought because I sent mine in 2 weeks before my brother that I would get it before he did. He really rubbed it in my face today.
Anyway, just wanted to give some heads up on waiting times.
