1/28 Received PIN dated 1/22
1/18 Called DPS today. I'm not even in the system yet.
12/18 The Wait starts for my PIN ( seems to be a 30 day average)
12/17 Paperwork signed for in Austin
12/14 Mailed paperwork
12/5 Acquired Arrest Record (Arrested for failure to pay traffic ticket)
12/1 CHL Class
