Anyone get a letter after 60days?

I sent my app in on feb 14 had my pin about a month later... then they sent 1 page of my address history back to me and highlighted ONE of the dates because the year wasnt legible.. so i filled it out and sent it back... Im still waiting... I called a month and a half ago and asked what was taking so long, and they told me it would be 3-4 weeks before I would be approved or denied for a chl. I just called again today and the woman told me that the only thing that hasnt gone through is my background check from the city of galveston... Im so sick of waiting for this thing.
