DD-214

My status just updated all is good except" proof of special condition" ie.. DD-214. I called and was told that they did not get it but it was mailed with ch-100 so thinking it is because the 214 does not say "honorable discharge" . When I asked about this I was told my Honorable Discharge certificate would work so I faxed both. Has anyone else did this ? What else can I do?

There's really only two things to do. (1) Send documentation showing you're eligible for the discount. (2) Wait.

I was worried about my DD-214 also. I had an honorable discharge, but I figured because the application fee was waived, that put me in a different processing pool which is why my status update took so long.
