All these years and I only had the first (3) numbers of my Texas Drivers License commited to memory. I now have the entire number memorized. That's how many times I checked the status. Maybe now I can memorize a more efficient path to the mailobox?

Tomorrow it will be one week since the change to mailed. Maybe my interpretation of "mailed" is different than theirs? Trying to be patient, because that's all I have. :deadhorse:

I was one week into the mailed status, called the post office and they said it should only take a couple of days. Then I emailed the CHL folks and they said 7-10 days from the completion date. I felt much better, got my plastic the next day.

BTW: the postmark was three days later than my completion date.

Sometimes when you order something and the status shows "shipped," it really just means that it's been sent to the shipping department, whether or not it has actually left the building.
I suspect something similar in this case. I've read where quite a few people on here take a week or so to receive a CHL in the mail after it was supposedly mailed. Anything else you mail seems to get where it's going in a couple days.
