It came in the mail yesterday. I wore it during dinner and doing some computer work afterwards. It didn't take long to get used to the heft in that area of the belt, and I could sit with no problems.

Funny thing is, it rests in about the same spot as one of those little lumbar pillows that I've used for a sore back. It actually felt good and made my posture better.

I didn't wear it today because I really think I need to wear it with a shirt that is fairly dark and has a pattern on it. Most of my shirts are at the dry cleaners right now, so I'll post a follow-up later and let you know how it is to carry for 10-12 hours.

Edited for spelling.

good to hear sounds like a winner. I was wondering what would you suggest if you need to tuck in a button down shirt. The CTAC just doesnt work for that at all.

BTW over 60 days now and still no status change :(

I know it's tough to wait and wait and wait, but it's worth it.

I didn't see your question above until now. I know comp-tac makes one called a Shirt Tucker. The only thing that can be seen is a clip going over your belt. Nobody will notice that.

hi-power - What are you carrying in the small of the back holster from Fist? I was thinking about something like that for my HK USP 45.
H&K USP 45
Taurus Tracker .357
Taurus 1911

The CTAC excels at tucking shirts and I use it every day. I also put on the velcro clips and outfitted my belt with the mating velcro and there is no clip showing, just a belt with a tucked in shirt. The shirt tucker works as well, but the infidel is the new "do it all" that you can configure in a number of different ways.

Welcome to the club!

All guns have at least two safeties. One's digital, one's cognitive. In other words - keep the digit off the trigger until ready to fire, and THINK. Some guns also have mechanical safeties on top of those. But if the first two don't work, the mechanical ones aren't guaranteed. - me

Thanks! I noticed you are also in El Paso. Have you been out to the EPCC range?

Ooh, I really like the look of that. I'm only about 2 weeks into my app, so maybe I'll order one and get it in time. With something as small as my PA63, I think it would be a great holster.
