Renewals are pretty fast

#1

Post by KaProw »

Sent paperwork from class and such on May 10th.

SO's renewal was 29 days mailbox to mailbox. Mine has been mailed so it will be slightly over 30days.

Very good job indeed!

Good to hear. Due to all sorts of being busy on weekends, I've had to put off my renewal class.

I finally got it scheduled for this weekend, which will give me a little over 2 months from completion before my current license expires. Here's to hoping for a swift and snag-free renewal!

Well, turnaround is looking pretty good. :thumbs2:

I sent in my renewal paperwork on the 11th and it was verified as recieved on the 12th. Today (the 25th), status changed from background check pending to:

Concealed Handgun License : Manufacturing Pending

So unless they take a really long time to print and mail the license, turnaround time will be something close to 2 weeks. That is a vast improvement over the 59 days I had to wait the first time around. :anamatedbanana

Good to hear. Mine is due in late October, I should be good if I take my class before September.

Status changed yesterday to "Concealed Handgun License : Mailed", and I received my new license in the mail today. That makes my renewal process 18 days total. :thumbs2:
