I am right there with you guys. I have been at mailed since 11/5.

This part of the waiting is definitely the hardest.

10/07/2010 Mailed packet to DPS
11/05/2010 License in the mail
11/09/2010 (still .....waiting by the mailbox)
11/10/2010 Received my CHL today!!!!

10/19 - Mailed Packet
10/21 - Packet Received - Certified Mail
11/4 - Fingerprints Complete
11/9 - Background Check Complete
11/10 Manufacturing

10-25-10 Paperwork mailed
11-3-10 Finger Prints under review
11-10-10 Finger Prints Done/ Back Ground under review

This is Day 16 after I mailed it in :)

What irritates me is that I check the DPS website 3 times a day (or more) and my buddy who never checks , and who sent his application in a couple days after me-has his CHL already.
